Question 1

Which photo works best?

Accepted Answer

A sharp, well-lit shot of a single person or animal, taken front-on or at a three-quarter angle, with the face and body clear. Waist-up or full-body framing leaves room for the arms and legs to move. Blurry pictures, group shots or a subject turned away make the limbs drift and the face change between frames. JPG, PNG and WebP up to 10 MB.

Question 2

What does a render cost?

Accepted Answer

This render costs 26 credits at the default spec, Standard · 720p · 12s — the standard video every pricing card counts with. 480p costs 12 credits and 1080p costs 64 for the same twelve seconds, and longer clips scale from that table, rounded up to a whole credit. The exact figure sits next to Generate and recalculates the moment you change resolution, length or frame.

Question 3

How long does it take, and where is my file?

Accepted Answer

Most standard renders land in a couple of minutes, and a 1080p clip can take longer. The page reads the real job status rather than a decorative progress bar, so what you see is genuine. When it finishes, the clip appears in the studio and in My videos, ready to play and download as MP4.

Question 4

Will my clip have a watermark?

Accepted Answer

No. The MP4 downloads clean at the resolution you chose, on free and paid renders alike — nothing is stamped over the picture, and there is no second payment to unlock a file you have already rendered.

Question 5

Can I change the resolution, the length and the frame?

Accepted Answer

Yes — 480p, 720p and 1080p; lengths of 5, 8, 10 and 12 seconds; and the 9:16, 16:9 and 1:1 frames. 9:16 is the default because TikTok, Reels and Shorts are vertical. The credit badge recalculates before you press Generate, never after.

Question 6

How do I pay, and can I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Checkout runs through Stripe and Yito Pay, and card details never reach our servers. Subscriptions renew until you cancel, and cancelling stops future renewals without taking back credits you have already paid for. Yearly billing saves up to 34% against twelve monthly payments, and one-time packs carry no subscription at all.

Question 7

Do my credits expire?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the credits you hold. Monthly subscription credits last for the current billing month, yearly credits arrive all at once and last for the billing year, and one-time packs never expire. The balances are tracked separately, so buying a new plan never erases credits you already have, and the soonest-expiring balance is always spent first.

Question 8

What if a render fails?

Accepted Answer

The credits return in full to the balance they came from. A render that never produced a clip is not charged, and retrying the same prompt does not double-charge. If failures repeat, shorten the clip or simplify the movement — one clean action per shot holds up far better than a whole routine.

Question 9

Can I post the videos, and use them commercially?

Accepted Answer

Yes — you may post the clips you generate and use them commercially. Two limits matter: only upload photos you have the right to use, and do not present an AI render as a real recording of a real person or as the original trend footage. The model performs a new movement from your inputs; it does not copy anyone's recorded choreography.

Question 10

What happens to the photo I upload?

Accepted Answer

Your browser shrinks the image and posts it, as a base64 data URL, to our own API route together with your prompt and settings, and our server forwards the image bytes to kie.ai, the model provider. kie.ai hosts the file and returns a short-lived public HTTPS URL (about 24 hours, per its docs) that the render reads; we keep no copy of the photo in any storage we operate, but the provider holds it for that limited window. Before every render the prompt and the photo are screened by our moderation provider, and a blocked input is refused without spending credits. The finished video is served from the provider's CDN — we store only a record of the render (task id, prompt, settings, credits and the result link), so deleting a render removes that record and the hosted photo expires on its own. It is never published to a feed, never shown to other users, and never used to train our own models.

Question 11

Can I make my pet dance?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and pets are one of the main reasons people use it. A clear photo of a dog, cat or another animal dances with all four looks, and the Cute look is tuned for smaller subjects — it keeps the markings, ears and proportions and adds small hops in place. With no usable photo at all, text-to-video renders the scene from your description instead. Nothing needs installing; the studio runs in the browser.
